Andrew DiLoreto
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Insight in 2005, Mr. DiLoreto served as Executive Vice President at Benfield Inc., the US division of Benfield Group Limited, where he was responsible for new client production and was a member of the Global Group Executive Committee. Mr. DiLoreto also served as President and CEO of Herbert Clough Inc. and Ardent Risk Services’ business development and intermediary activities, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of General Reinsurance Corporation. He also served on General Reinsurance’s Executive Committee.
Mr. DiLoreto began his career at AIG and spent the first eight years of his career in various underwriting capacities. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University.
Terrence McLean
President & Chief Operating Officer
Before joining Insight, Mr. McLean worked for RenaissanceRe’s Corporate Risk Management Group and served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at a Florida homeowner insurer.
Mr. McLean oversaw software development operations for the Investment Banking division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette after spending two years in Financial Institutions Investment Banking. He graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and School of Engineering and Applied Science with concentrations in Actuarial Science, Finance and Computer Science.
Daniel Brooks Clark, FCAS
Senior Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer
Before joining Insight, Mr. Clark served as Senior Vice President at Travelers Property Casualty where he was responsible for product management for the personal lines business nationally. Mr. Clark began his career at Aetna and spent his early years in various actuarial and underwriting capacities. More recently he has been a consultant to the P&C industry focused on building sophisticated underwriting and pricing programs for clients, including the use of predictive modeling. Mr. Clark graduated magna cum laude from Williams College with a BA in Math and Economics.
